​General Festival Information

Rock The Kootenays 2024’ concert goers can begin picking up their VIP passes, wrist bands and day passes at Western Financial Place on Wednesday, August 7, 2024.
Pickup Schedule
Wednesday, August 7 – 10am to 4pm (WFP lobby)
Thursday, August 8 - 10am to 4pm (WFP lobby)
Friday, August 9 – 9am to 11am (WFP lobby) & 1pm to 9pm (ticket tent near festival entrance)
Saturday, August 10 – 10am to 9pm (ticket tent near festival entrance)
Sunday, August 11 - 10am to 9pm (ticket tent near festival entrance)

Rock the Kootenays will take place RAIN or SHINE.

There will be no refunds or exchanges resulting from festival schedule changes.

Rock the Kootenays is not responsible for lost, stolen, or forgotten passes.

The festival venue is a non-smoking venue.

All guests and bags are subject to search.

Remember to bring a lawn chair. Seating is not provided nor available for rent.

Cool down location: Western Financial Place will be open. Cooling misters will be on site.

Rock the Kootenays reserves the right to refuse entry to any guest at management’s discretion.

No public nudity or lewd conduct will be tolerated, if in violation you will be removed from the festival site.

All people attending Rock the Kootenays do so at their own risk. No liability is assumed by owners, managers, promoters, sponsors, or others associated with the event.

Any unauthorized use or resale of Rock the Kootenays branding/logos is strictly prohibited.
